The Randomness That is Jesse

That pretty much says it all!

My Photo
Name: Jesse .
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

You know what? I asked that if you were family, or close to it, that you keep out. Right now, I don't much care. If you are, and you choose to read, so be it, but this is MINE, and I write however the moment strikes me. You don't like it, tough.

Circus update

My singing in the circus has been cut.
I will not be performing in the show in the aforementioned posts.
The reasons are not valid in any way, shape, or form.
I don't want to get into it right now.
I've already made myself sick over this whole thing.

And so it goes...

On Saturday I caught up on my Thursday shows while my sweetie baked me a cake.
You see, when we first met, and I first quit smoking, he told me that he made an insanely chocolately chocolate cake. He told me that when I reached 100 days of being smoke free, he would bake me the cake.
When I reached 100 days a little over 2 weeks ago, we were on the cape and his little nephew was around, so it was not an ideal time to be baking.
So on Saturday, he presented me with a "Congrats on 114 days of being smoke-free" cake. Awwww... ain't he a sweetheart?
On Sunday, we went to my grandmother's grave in Sharon, and then got a semi-early dinner, and my breathing wasn't much better, so we wound up going to a different ER than the one we'd gone to on Friday night. Ugh. Tons of fun.
No real answers, except they said that the previous hospital had diagnosed me with LUPUS when I was there... they uhh... kind of forgot to tell ME that, I guess... so I am not putting any stock in that until I get some more concrete answers. I know what they were testing me for on Sunday... but I don't dare say it. Again, gotta find someone to get me real tests and answers and not just shove me out.
I have 2 appointments tomorrow, so hopefully the 2nd of the two will get things a-rollin'. (The first is with my new PCP, and I am going to tell him to piss off)
Here's hoping for the best!

Breathing is good.

Not breathing and swelling up like a balloon for no apparent reason is not good.
Kidney pain and coughing up brown junk and tasting blood is not good.
I don't get it.
I'm doing the best I can though.
The circus is happening soon and I need to work on my breathing. It'll happen. It'll be great.
I'm totally not going to die until the show closes.

Smoke-free for 114 days now. Not a single solitary puff. Not one. Dave said he was going to bake me his famous chocolate cake when I was smoke free for 100 days, but when that happened, there was a toddler in the way (which is a perfectly acceptable excuse to hold off) so he's making it tonight. Woohoo!

I have to finish going through my photos from the Wake Up the Earth Festival and the HUMANWINE show last weekend and then I will post some.

I am supposed to be at the Amanda Palmer/Death Cab for Cutie/Bob Mould/Presidents of the United States of America concert tonight at the BofA Pavillion, but after last night's trip to the ER, I think it is a safe bet to catch up on missed NBC shows with my honey.
